That's an excellent note, Carol!!!
Multiple people including Dick Morris, who worked for Predsient Clinton, and Peggy Noonan, who worked for President Reagan, have compared her to Reagan and Clinton. She is ready to lead. That is a skill that few people possess.

Sarah Palin may be ready to lead, but lead us where? With her perky unblinking wink and a confident smile, she would lead this country into the proverbial economic, social, and military handbasket. That is not where I will choose to go.

There you go again Francesgumm, cheering on Ms. Palin without having anything to back it up. Why exactly is she ready to lead? Specifics, with concrete examples...such as "She was instrumental in getting a hockey rink built in Wasilla".

I would have more respect for her if she would stop lying. During the VP debate, I thought it was admirable of her when she talked of divesting Alaska assets that were tied to Sudan. Then I did some research and found out this was NOT TRUE. Palin's deputy revenue commissioner testified that: "The legislation is well-intended, and the desire to make a difference is noble, but mixing moral and political agendas at the expense of our citizens' financial security is not a good combination". Only now will she change to be more in line with McCain's position on Sudan. The Alaska Permanent fund still is $22 million dollars in Sudan linked investments.

time and again in the editorials, blogs, reader and message boards I read the same accusations against Palin. The same that I see here, remarks by johnny99 echoes those remarks. And yet the exact same remarks can be used against Obama. Where will he lead us? Prosperity? Socialism never lead there.
Change? Change isn't always good, Hitler gave Germany change, briefly. So did Stalin and Carl Marx and Castro.
Experience they question. Sorry, Palin has a lot more than Obama does but again, the one big mark against her is that she's not a Democrat.
Lying johnny99 says?? sure, and Obama is a just a gusher of truth alright. But he's their messiah and does no wrong in thier eyes.

Look at what Obama has been doing the last 20 years and look at what Palin has been doing. I don't konw how you can honestly say that Palin has more experience than Obama.

Obama has done wrong. He voted for the recent FISA bill for starters.

Great article by liberal columnist Camille Paglia today telling tha left that they are ignoring Sarah at their own peril.
fortunately, the preconceived ideas of the left will not allow them to be objective
