It would seem to me that our schools are safe enough. After all, we have been using them for over a generation with no ill affects. Just because there are materials that were approved in the past that aren't any longer, what is the big deal when no consequences have come from them anyway? The government bureaucracies just want another cause to justify their miserable existence.
