Van Horn-Klein
Brenda Lynn Klein and Scott Michael Van Horn were married Aug. 16 at North Hill Christian Church in Spokane. A reception followed at the Spokane Country Club.
The bride is the daughter of Jerry and Linda Klein of Spokane. The bridegroom is the son of Mike and Debbie Van Horn of Tieton.
Kristal Klein was maid of honor and Christopher Van Horn was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Heather Gamache, Nicole Edwards, Lori Fletcher, Andy Gamache, Charles Velasquez and David White.
The bride graduated from Ferris High School and earned her doctor of pharmacy degree from Washington State University. She is pharmacist at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital. The bridegroom graduated from Highland High School and is pursuing a doctor of pharmacy degree from WSU, planning to graduate in May 2009. He is a pharmacy intern at Memorial Hosptal.
Following a trip to Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada, the couple is at home in Yakima.
Hutchins-Teeples
Katie Teeples and Jeremy Hutchins were married Aug. 9 at the Windmill Gardens in Sumner, Wash. A reception followed.
The bride is the daughter of Russ and Karen Teeples of Maple Valley, Wash. The bridegroom is the son of Gary and Penny Hutchins of Selah.
Lacie Graf was maid of honor and Jeff Teeples was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Laura LaBissoniere, Stephanie McMeans, Shellee Lidke, Courtney Hutchins, Kyle Sager, Steve Welch, Isham Lidke and Andy Waldher.
The bride graduated from Selah High School and earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education from Central Washington University. She is a substitute teacher for the Kent and Renton school districts. The bridegroom graduated from Selah High School and earned two bachelor degrees from Pacific Lutheran University. He is a second-year medical student at A.T. Still University.
Following a trip to Negril, Jamaica, the couple is at home in Renton, Wash.
Kassebaum-Ziegeweid
Faye Ziegeweid and Nick Kassebaum were married Sept. 6 at the family farm of the bride's parents in Arcadia, Wis. A reception followed. A West Coast reception was held Oct. 4 at Lake Union Crew in Seattle.
The bride is the daughter of Bernard and Michele Ziegeweid of Arcadia. The bridegroom is the son of Jim and Ona Kassebaum of Outlook.
Joy Ziegeweid was maid of honor and Brad Bouley was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Matt Clement, Steve Humm, Noah Miller, Jeremy Kassebaum and Ben Kassebaum.
The bride graduated from Arcadia High School and Macalester College in St. Paul, Minn. She is a data management specialist for Planned Parenthood in Seattle. The bridegroom graduated from Sunnyside High School, Macalester College and Vanderbilt Medical School in Nashville, Tenn. He is a resident physician in anesthesiology at the University of Washington in Seattle.
Following a trip to Sunshine Coast in British Columbia, the couple is at home in Seattle.
Greene-DiDomenico
Jessica DiDomenico and Daniel Greene were married Sept. 5 at St. Paul Cathedral in Yakima. A reception followed at the Ahtanum Youth Barn.
The bride is the daughter of Tom DiDomenico of Zillah and Lora DiDomenico of Yakima. The bridegroom is the son of Dave and Nancy Greene of Zillah.
Jennifer Hare was maid of honor and Mike Charlton was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Amanda Boggards, Samantha Greene, Emily Greene, Rob Greene, Bill Greene and Quentin Hert.
The bride is employed at Sunnyside Community Hospital and is attending Yakima Valley Community College. The bridegroom is employed as a service manager at Sunnyside Tire Factory.
Following a trip to Maui, Hawaii, the couple is at home in Zillah.
Fleming-Bales
Molly Suzanne Bales and Robert Dale Fleming were married May 16 at West Valley Church of the Nazarene. A reception followed.
The bride is the daughter of Marvin and Darla Bales of Yakima. The bridegroom is the son of Roger and Barbara Fleming of Pendleton, Ore.
Mindy Alsworth was matron of honor and Bryan Case was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Kelli Bredin, Julie Fleming, Brianna Bales, Daniel Fleming, Corie Henke and Andrew Bales.
The bride graduated from West Valley High School and earned her bachelor of arts degree in business administration from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho. She is employed in sales and marketing at the Best Western Ahtanum Inn. The bridegroom graduated from Pendleton High School and earned his bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls, Ore. He is transportation engineer with the Washington State Department of Transportation.
Following a trip to Victoria and Vancouver, British Columbia, the couple is at home in Yakima.
Eberth-Merriman
Kelsey Hall Merriman and Kyle Cameron Eberth were married Aug. 22 at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Bellevue, Wash. A reception followed at the Robinson House in Bellevue.
The bride is the daughter of Bill and Colleen Merriman of Bellevue, formerly of Yakima. The bridegroom is the son of Tom and Jenny Eberth of Topeka, Kan., formerly of Wenatchee.
Molly Merriman was maid of honor and David Sittser was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Kelly Peterson, Leslie Mix, Bonnie Glaser, Jessie Eberth, Stephanie Hackbarth, Brooke Mahar, Ryan Hackbarth, Doug Pettis, Andrew Williams, Craig Brown, Kevin Mills, Matt Jeglum and Greg Lammert.
The bride graduated from Eisenhower High School and earned a bachelor's degree in education from Whitworth University. She is an English teacher at Wenatchee High School. The bridegroom graduated from Wenatchee High School and earned his bachelor's degree in theology from Whitworth University. He is employed with Young Life in Wenatchee.
Following a trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, the couple is at home in Wenatchee.
Bailey-Gorski
Jennifer Gorski and Richard Bailey were married July 26 at Lairmont Manor in Bellingham, Wash. A reception followed.
The bride is the daughter of Judy Gorski of Yakima and Mike and Nora Gorski. The bridegroom is the son of Richard and Nancy Bailey of Bellingham, Wash.
Debbie Stone was maid of honor, Laura Hansen was matron of honor and Jason Bailey and Zachary Bailey were best men. Other members of the wedding party included Mirisa Esquivel and Adori Esquivel.
The couple is at home in Bellingham.
Bishop-Elliott
Rondi Lynn Elliott and John Michael Lloyd Bishop were married Aug. 16 at Englewood Christian Church. A reception followed at Ahtanum Youth Park in Union Gap.
The bride is the daughter of Ron and Jeri Elliott of Yakima. The bridegroom is the son of Jerry Bishop of Yakima and the late Martha Lewis.
Jennifer Edinger was maid of honor and Steve Bishop was best man. Other members of the wedding party included the couple's children, Katie Bishop, Josh Simmons and Johnny Bishop.
The bride attended West Valley High School. She is employed at HEB Mini Storage. The bridegroom attended Eisenhower High School. He is employed at John I. Haas.
Following a trip to Newport, Ore., the couple is at home in Yakima.
Mattson-Tucker
Amy Lee Tucker and Brandon Michael Mattson were married Oct. 28 in Lake Tahoe, Calif. A reception will be held at a later date.
The bride is the daughter of Ron and Norma Tucker of Selah. The bridegroom is the son of Tom and Teresa Mattson of Clarkston, Wash.
The bride graduated from Selah High School and earned a certificate in instrumentation from Perry Technical Institute. The bridegroom graduated from Eisenhower High School and served in the Army. The couple is employed at GE Aviation.
Following a honeymoon in Lake Tahoe, the couple is at home in Yakima.
