George F. Bissonette
George F. Bissonette, 67, of Cle Elum
died Thursday at Kittitas Valley Commun-ity Hospital.
Mr. Bissonette was born in Missoula, Mont., and raised in Frenchtown, Mont. He was a employed with the Forest Service as a fire control officer. He moved to Port Angeles, Wash., in 1992 and to Upper Kittitas in 2002. Following retirement, he worked as a security guard at Suncadia.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Bissonette of Cle Elum; a son, Jim Bisson-
ette of Port Angeles; seven sisters, Dorothy, Jackie, Vivian, Deanna, Lynn, Noralee and Twyla; and two grandsons.
A memorial observance will be private.
Affordable Funeral Care is in charge of arrangements.
Richard Lee Ashby Sr.
Richard Lee Ashby Sr., 58, of Soap Lake, Wash., died Oct. 14.
Mr. Ashby was born in Pampa, Texas. He grew up in the Yakima Valley and moved to Soap Lake in 1988. He worked as a farm laborer and in landscaping.
Survivors include a son, Richard Lee Ashby Jr. of Goldendale; two daughters, Linda May Ashby of Selah and Niamy May Ashby of Soap Lake; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Nov. 22 at the Fruitvale Grange in Yakima followed by a potluck dinner.
Nicholes Funeral Home, Ephrata, Wash., is in charge of arrangements.
Eleanor Webb
Eleanor Webb, 77, of Grandview died Friday at her home.
Mrs. Webb was born in Algorma, Ore. She worked in the fruit industry.
Survivors include three sons, Raymond
L. Webb of Toppenish, Harold L. "Hoppy"
Webb of San Bernardino, Calif., and Jim
McCandless of Grandview; a daughter,
Cathy Rupert of Prosser; eight grandchild-ren and six great-grandchildren.
Memorial services are pending and will be announced at a later time.
Valley Hills Funeral Home and Crematory, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
Wauneta M. Tugwell
Wauneta M. Tugwell, 84, of Ellensburg died Thursday at her home.
Mrs. Tugwell was born and raised in Rising City, Neb. She moved to Ellensburg with her parents in 1939. She was a secretary and worked in various Kittitas County offices and also farmed with her husband, Bob, for many years.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Tugwell and Thomas Tugwell, both of Ellensburg; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Inurnment will be at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery with memorial observation for family members at a later date.

Orien Allen Kastl
Orien Allen Kastl, 62, of Union Gap died Thursday at home.
Mr. Kastl was born in Moran, Kan. At age 3, he moved to Washington with his family and was raised in Goldendale. He served in the Navy and served two tours of duty in a construction battalion in Vietnam. He worked at the aluminum plant in Goldendale for 17 years, then relocated to Yakima and worked at the Bureau of Land Reclamation.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Kastl of Union Gap; two daughters, Melissa Ward of Sweet Home, Ore., and Tammy Kastl of Kennewick; a son, Thomas Kastl of Turner, Ore.; two brothers, Donald Kastl of Goldendale and Steven Kastl of Yakima; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Shaw and Sons Funeral Directors.
