Stickel-Wolff
Amy Marie Wolff and James Edwin Christopher Stickel were married July 12 at the Yakima Country Club. A reception followed.
The bride is the daughter of Gerry and Cheryl Wolff of Yakima. The bridegroom is the son of Fred and Peggy Stickel of Portland.
Jamie Lee Stickel was maid of honor and Lance Cpl. Michael Stickel was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Samantha Stickel, Daisy Stickel, Jordan Hoggarth and Ryan Hoggarth; all six members are the couple's children.
The bride graduated from West Valley High School and Yakima Valley Community College. She is employed at 'Ohana Mammography Clinic. The bridegroom graduated from Jesuit High School and the University of Portland. He is vice president of sales for the Yakima Herald-Republic.
Following a 12-day Mediterranean cruise to Italy, Greece and Spain, the couple is at home in Selah.
Valdez-Cardenas
Terri Marie Cardenas and Ernie Valdez Sr. were married July 12 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Granger. A reception followed at Majic Hall.
The bride is the daughter of Roy and Teresa Cardenas of Granger. The bridegroom is the son of Javier and Yolanda Valdez of Toppenish.
Nicole Zavala was maid of honor and Javier Zavala was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Shannon Keller, Jessica Loma, Jessica Martinez, Javier Valdez Jr., Robert Cardenas and Enrique Valdez.
The bride graduated from Granger High School and is employed at Learning Care Children's Center. The bridegroom graduated from Toppenish High School and is employed at Washington Beef.
Following a trip to Seaside, Ore., the couple is at home in Granger.
Bulfinch-Pratt
Heather Leanne Pratt and Charles Vaughan Bulfinch were married Aug. 2 in the garden of the bridegroom's home in Anacortes, Wash. A reception followed.
The bride is the daughter of Dick and Kathy Pratt of Selah. The bridegroom is the son of Chuck and Joni Bulfinch of Anacortes.
Emily Pratt was maid of honor, Krissy (Pratt) Gavic was matron of honor and CJ Grove was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Erin Gross, Karen Causseaux, Jessica Brown, Ashley Romans, Jenny Hayashi, Taryn Walters, Bryson Bulfinch, Kevin Abbott, Greg Flagg, Jamie McPheter, Ole Lindbo, Colin Thorne, Cole Tweedy and Hayden Tweedy.
The bride graduated from Selah High School and Central Washington University and earned her master's degree from Heritage University. She is a consumer and family science teacher at Davis High School. The bridegroom graduated from Anacortes High School and Central Washington University and is attending Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences.
The couple is at home in Yakima.
Denman-Smith
Becky Sue Smith and Christopher W. Denman were married June 21 at Cascade Garden. A reception followed.
The bride is the daughter of Gary and Shelly Smith of Union Gap. The bridegroom is the son of Terry and Nancy Yearout of Yakima and Wayne and Marge Denman of Pasco.
Erica Burch was maid of honor and Daniel Fennessy was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Ariana Recher, Bridgett Boyd, Janea Allred, Kelsey Lynch, Meghan McNeice, Allison Spray, Desyre Butler, Joe Petrie, Steve Petrie, Roger Allred, Curtis St. George, Cody Yearout, Coby Boyd, the Rev. Gordon Denman, the Rev. Ralph L'Allier and Diane Lovelace.
The bride graduated from Eisenhower High School and earned a degree in music education from Central Washington University. She is an elementary- and middle-school choral and instrumental private music teacher. The bridegroom graduated from Eisenhower High School and served two tours in Iraq. He currently is stationed in Hawaii with the Army.
Following a trip to the Oregon coast and with plans to vacation in Maui in December 2009, the couple is at home in Ewa Beach, Oahu, Hawaii.
Ochoa-Dinsmore
Mary Frances Dinsmore and Ismael Vicente Ochoa were married July 26 at the Apple Tree Resort. A reception followed.
The bride is the daughter of Terry and Robin Dinsmore of Yakima. The bridegroom is the son of Eloy and Laura Ochoa of Hemet, Calif.
Sami Ryan Dinsmore was maid of honor and Abraham Ochoa was best man. Other members of the wedding party included Lindsey Hinkley, Suzanne Scheid, Leigh Pearce, Rubie Ochoa, Jillian Perry, Tiana Perry, Amanda Coorough, Amerra Kesterson, Larissa Harvey, Sammy Ochoa, Yul Ochoa, Ray Beasley, Chris Franklin and T.J. Dinsmore.
The bride graduated from West Valley High School and Biola University in La Mirada, Calif. She is employed with Dr. Michael Crial. The bridegroom graduated from Biola University and is employed at Wells Fargo Financial.
Following a trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple is at home in La Habra, Calif.
